After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity

  • We are unable to fulfil the order

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Where we recommend a patch test, customers should carry out the recommended test before full application.

Our henna-inspired temporary tattoos are temporary tattoos made using body ink and do not contain henna.

Product-specific information and instructions should be reviewed before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and creative material associated with AWRAQ — including our original henna designs, stencil designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, branding, website content and other artwork — belongs to AWRAQ or is used by us with permission.

Our original designs are created with significant care and creative work.

Purchasing one of our products gives you the right to use the physical product for its intended personal use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

You must not, without our permission:

  • Copy or reproduce our designs for commercial purposes

  • Digitise or trace our designs for reproduction

  • Manufacture or sell copies of our stencils or designs

  • Reproduce our artwork on other products for sale

  • Use our product photography or website imagery commercially

  • Present our designs or artwork as your own

If you would like to use AWRAQ artwork or imagery for a purpose outside normal personal use, please contact us first.
